Welcome to the Deutsch-Drahthaarkennel vom Auenwald.

For many years we have been great friends of the versatile hunting dog, especially the Deutsch-Darahthaar. Our foremost aim is to breed calm and yetpassionate dogs with a strong character; accordng to the VDD motto:
- from performance to type-

The various field of work of the Deutsch-Drahthaar require a mentally fit and intelligent dog with a ballenced character. It is certainly not by more coincidence that the Deutsch-Drahthaar is the most used hunting dog.

Deutsch-Drahthaar dogs that can be put in any hunting situation, no matter the weather condtions, faithful everyday companions at home and in the field an irreplaceable help, are the goal of our breeding in the kennel vom Auenwald.
